THERAPY FOR OCD, ANXIETY AND
SPECIFIC PHOBIAS
From the outside, it may seem like you are fine. But inside, your mind feels constantly on high alert. You may find yourself stuck in cycles of worry, intrusive thoughts, panic, or "what if" scenarios that are difficult to quiet. Anxiety can also show up physically—through a racing heart, nausea, dizziness, muscle tension, trouble sleeping, or a constant feeling that something is wrong. It can be exhausting to feel like you're fighting your own mind every day.
You don't have to continue living in survival mode or letting fear dictate your life. Therapy provides a space to better understand what's happening, learn effective tools, and gradually regain a sense of calm, confidence, and control. You are not crazy, there is nothing wrong with you, and you are not alone.
I have expertise in treating generalized anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, health anxiety and specific phobias such as emetophobia.
I use cognitive behavioral therapy to support you in thinking about your thinking, connecting thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and challenge your negative thoughts, as well as exposure and response prevention to directly confront the fears.
With my support, you will become equipped with coping skills tailored to you and your specific anxiety needs, gain understanding and control of your thinking, and feel confident to handle life's stressors.
