THERAPY FOR YOUNG ADULTS NAVIGATING ILLNESS
Living with illness- or a loved one’s illness- as a young adult can feel incredibly lonely, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you're in school, starting your career, building a family, or exploring your identity - a chronic illness, cancer, or other medical diagnosis is disruptive to a time of life meant for growth, independence, and self-discovery. Young adults navigating illness experience a unique set of challenges due to your age and time in life. This is where I come in, to support you in the changes and challenges of growing up, navigating the unknown, and developing your sense of self.
