THERAPY FOR YOUNG OR EMERGING ADULTS NAVIGATING ILLNESS- THEIRS OR A LOVED ONE’S

Living with a serious illness—or supporting a loved one through one—as a young adult can feel incredibly isolating, but you don't have to face it alone. Whether you're in school, starting your career, building relationships, or discovering who you are, a diagnosis can disrupt a stage of life centered on growth, independence, and possibility.

Young adults navigating illness face unique emotional and developmental challenges. Therapy provides a space to process uncertainty, cope with change, and navigate the complexities of this season of life. While illness may be part of your story, it does not define you. Together, we'll help you reconnect with your identity, values, and the life you want to build beyond your diagnosis.
